Rank & loot system
by Taldrey & Misstaldrey
We want loyal Penta people to be awarded for staying in
Penta. And also to make sure that it's not possible to join the
guild for a short period of time, to get the best from our guild,
and then leave. In our opinion the rules below, will make it
attractive to strive for higher ranks in Penta, as they will have
some clear benefits. Thus it's a win/win situation for both the
entire guild and the individual.
4 weeks test period

answer is: yes!

How to get a higher
rank
You get yourself up in rank, via a combination of time spent in
Penta, and a guild master review:
Scout > Squire
Min. 2 weeks in Penta and a guild master review
Squire > Soldier
Min. 4 weeks in Penta and a guild master review
Soldier > Bannerman
Min. 6 months in Penta a guild master review
Bannerman > Honor Guard
Min. 12 months in Penta and a guild master review
Honor Guard > Knight
Min. 18 months in Penta and a guild master review
Guild master review
The guild master of Penta takes a look at your overall
performance in the guild, and how you have lived up to our
guidelines. Examples:
-
being active in Penta.
-
being kind and helpful.
-
attending raids on a regular basis (an average of min. 1 raid per
week).
-
etc.

Loot system
We have a simple loot system, to make it more fair towards loyal
guild members:
Master loot
First of all we use master loot on bosses. Not because we don't
trust our guild members, but just to prevent mistakes, cause we
already lost a few epics, before we made this rule.
Special rule for Scouts and Squires
Scout and Squire ranks can NOT role on epic items or higher, unless
noone else needs them. As soon as a guild member attains the rank of
Soldier, they can role on epics or higher.
Tickets
A high ranking guild member (Bannerman and above), can use their
superior rank to place a ticket on an epic item they want, but only once
per week.
To give you an example:
If
an epic helm drops in Karazhan, a Bannerman can choose to say that he/she will
use his/her ticket on that item, and that means that Soldiers dont
get to roll on it. If another Bannerman does the same, the Bannermen
will both have to role for it. But the highest ranking guild member
who choose to use his/her ticket, will always get the item. So a
Knight fx. will always be able to outticket Bannermen and Honor
Guards. When using tickets Taldrey and Misstaldrey are concidered the same rank as
Knights.
Tickets don't stack, so if it's not used in a week, it's gone
forever.
Special situations
Do remember that we are always mature and flexible, so we can
always talk about it when special situations occur. And we will
adjust the rules, if we find some of them to be unfair.
